Hero
I help values-driven leaders, professionals, and teams meet difficult conversations with clarity, courage, and integrity.
A Reframe

Who this is for
People holding responsibility for others, systems, or institutions, and looking for steadier ways to engage.
Lawyers, mediators, clinicians, educators, and others whose work depends on speaking well in difficult moments.
Groups navigating tension, change, repair, or recurring conflict patterns that need careful attention.
The promise
This short self-assessment tool takes about 5 minutes to complete.
