Credibility

Toby Goldbach is a law professor, dispute resolution scholar, and teacher whose work focuses on courts, conflict, legal process, cooperation, and justice. She holds a JD and LLM in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School and a doctorate from Cornell Law School. Her writing has appeared in leading academic journals and public outlets, and she teaches negotiation, dispute resolution, legal ethics and professionalism, and jurisprudence and critical perspectives.
